Bosma to return to Statehouse Wednesday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — House Speaker Brian Bosma is scheduled to return to the Statehouse Wednesday.

Bosma contracted an infection in his knee that he had replaced over the summer. The infection required immediate surgery.

Wednesday, Bosma will preside over session and res his knee as its heals in his office.

"Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers during this time. He has been very grateful to have such wonderful support," Tory Flynn Communications Director for the Indiana House of Representatives said in a release Tuesday.
