Supreme Court will decide Charlie White’s replacement

The state Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments about Charlie White’s replacement as Secretary of State.  The Republican White was convicted of 6 felonies and removed from office over the weekend.

Democrats think Vop Osili, their candidate in 2010, should get the job. That’s what Judge Louis Rosenberg said in a ruling that is currently stayed.
The Supreme court refused to lift the stay but scheduled arguments for February 29th.

The only answer is a special election.......the courts function is to interpret law, period. NOT to "appoint" political candidates.
